Free shipping for all Mood Box orders to Singapore Addresses! 
We offer complimentary door-to-door delivery to addresses within Singapore for all mood box orders (excluding add ons) made directly on our site. 

How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 2-14 business days to be processed (depending on the item ordered) and prepared for delivery. Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 2-3 business days.

Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 2-3 business days.

Do you have any current in-stock? I need a gift urgently by tomorrow. 
Do drop us a quick DM on Instagram @moodbyjo to enquire for any on hand instock and we'll be able to process them for you separately. 

Do take note that last minute urgent orders that do not align with our usual shipping schedules will incur a $15 additional charge for express same day delivery. 

Can I order preschedule my order to be delivered at a later date?
Yes, you'll be able to do so. Please fill in your preferred delivery date prior to checkout. However do take note that we cannot lock in an exact date of delivery but will only be able to deliver it within +/- 2 days from your preferred date. 

Do you offer self pick ups?
Yes we do offer self picks up at Yishun Central / Flora Road. A detailed pick up information will be communicated to you when your order is ready for pick up. 

Do you ship to hotels , hospitals or people currently on SHN?
Yes we do to selected facilities only. Do drop us a DM on Instagram @moodbyjo to clarify on this before placing your order. 

Do you ship internationally? 
We currently ship to all Singapore addresses only. Do stay tuned as we're looking to expand our service areas soon! 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Google Pay & PayNow.
